At Shoppymize, we are committed to ensuring that you have a smooth shopping experience. To maintain transparency, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below. Please review it carefully before proceeding with any requests.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Incomplete Product Received: If your order is incomplete, and some items are missing.

Exclusions

No returns or exchanges for size or quality issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on size or quality concerns, as all relevant size details are clearly listed on our product pages. Please ensure you verify the size information before making your purchase.

Important Notice

Behavioral Policy: We expect all communication to be respectful and professional. Any use of abusive language or inappropriate behavior towards our team will result in the immediate rejection of your return or exchange request. The company also reserves the right to take legal action against customers who display bad behavior.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

How to Initiate the Return

To initiate a return, please provide the following details:

  • An image of the product received.
  • An image of the label attached on the top of the box.

Send these details via email to support@shoppymize.in. Ensure that the images are clear and show both the product and the label properly. This will help us verify your return request and proceed with further actions.

Refund Method

In case of an approved return, refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

  • UPI Details: Please provide your UPI ID for a refund.
  • Bank Transfer: You can also choose a bank transfer by providing the following details:
    • Account Holder Name
    • Account Number
    • IFSC Code
    • Bank Name

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
